Abstract: This doctoral thesis intends to comprehend the trans men's experience in the
process of male body fabrication, overpassed by discourses about masculinity
and how these bodies are articulated in relationship to their new gender identity.
This research is inserted in the field of post-structuralism studies, having as an
analytical mark gender, race and decolonization, based on the Queer Theory and
the Subaltern Studies. It is a study inserted on the field of social networks website
uses, having an online approach. Its specific objectives are: understanding the
uses of internet and social networks as a space for reflection over trans masculinity
and comprehending how trans men are self-subjectifying at the current political
moment, which main phenomena overpass them and which effects are produced
upon them. It is a qualitative research realized through computer networks,
using the Youtube platform. Six trans men were studied, with age variation
between 21 and 25 years, Brazilians, from the Northeast, Southeast, South and
Midwest regions. Four of them define themselves as white and two of them define
themselves as black. On the video sharing platform, these trans men are creating
a space for reflection, a place for meetings in which they talk to other trans men
about matters related to transgenderity and they tell how they are self-subjectifying
as men, speaking about their masculinities from the narratives they use in
the weekly posts. The thesis demonstrates that all people fabricate their bodies
in order to suit a gender, building or rebuilding these bodies, whether equal or
different from the sex they were designated from birth. It is not, therefore, something
exclusive to trans people the search for adaptation to a gender. Cis people
or trans are the result of a production - they are fabricated, created and
artificial. A fiction, a creation that is made and remade daily, all determined by a
compulsory system in which we are dipped and drowned without even taking account.; Esta tesis doctoral se propone comprender la experiencia de hombres trans en

Abstract: The present study aimed to understand the experience of hospitalization in the ICU of patients affected by covid-19 and the resonances in each existence, taking as a sparing point some of the hermeneutic phenomenological assumptions about the reality and the phenomenon of illness. For that, the narrative interview and the researcher's field diary were used as resources. Four collaborators participated in the interviews, who were hospitalized in the ICU of covid-19 in different hospitals in the city of Recife. The meetings were held about two months after being discharged. The nature of the present research is qualitative, guided by hermeneutic phenomenological assumptions, resonant with Heidegger's Existential Analytics hospitalization in an Intensive Care Unit is a factual event that imposes ruptures, which may reveal multiple meanings to resonate uniquely in each existence. In general, we sought to reflect on the impacts of the interrogated experience, considering the experience, moving away from understandings that are limited to the experience of illness in terms of diagnosis and treatment. From such horizons, the internment experience was revealed as a crisis mobilizer, opening wide the unpredictability of existing and launching the human into indeterminacy. In this direction, too, it was pointed to the "uncovering" of the original condition of the human being as a finite being, which takes place from the awakening of the fundamental affective tone of anguish. Such understandings also point to the mastery of a technicist look at the hospitalization situation, a perspective that governs the health context but ends up leaving aside the patient's experience. In this direction, it was possible to understand that technical doing has a place and is necessary for such a context. However, it is also essential to look at the reception and legitimation of the experience of those who are sick.

Abstract: Despite being vectors of progress, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) contribute to the dissemination and amplification of violence. Among the numerous challenges, there is an aspect to be considered, which relates to the expansion of child and adolescent sexual predation and the need to understand and analyze the functioning of these predators who find a favorable field for their expression in cyberspace. It is necessary to further explore the subject, as well as actions that bring visibility to the different characteristics of this specific type of violence. Based on these aspects, the present study aims to raise awareness of and understand the various forms of child and adolescent sexual predation in cyberspace. The specific objectives are as follows: (I) conduct a narrative literature review on the topic using national and international databases; (II) understand the use of the internet by children and adolescents; (III) produce knowledge that contributes to the development of prevention strategies. To achieve these objectives, this dissertation will follow an exploratory research approach using a qualitative methodology, which will include a literature review based on previously published material, mainly books and articles available on the internet, to outline the state of the art. To conduct the literature review for this study, the most relevant scientific databases in the field of psychology, such as Google Scholar, PsycINFO, and Web of Science, were utilized. The following keywords were used in these databases: cybersexual predation, online sexual predation, cyberpedophilia, and online pedophilia. Additionally, Boolean operators were used in the databases Lilacs, Scielo, and Pubmed, with search filters for MeshTerms, Topic, and Keywords. Through searches conducted in various academic databases, it was possible to observe that cybersexual predation is a growing phenomenon that is related to a multisectoral problem, regulated by specific laws and regulations in each context/culture, which hinders the operationalization of this phenomenon in the Brazilian reality. There is a notable lack of studies on this violence in the Brazilian context. Based on the data collected, it is hoped to assist professionals from various fields (e.g., psychology, education, social work) in understanding the phenomenon, thus enabling further research investments in this area and providing greater knowledge on the subject in order to provide guidance for parents and guardians. Furthermore, as this is still a developing area in the national context, the research represents an innovative approach by seeking theoretical evidence for the field of Cyberpsychology, specifically regarding possible forms of prevention of child and adolescent cybersexual predation.

Abstract: Scenario: Technological advances have contributed to the improvement of health
care, with an emphasis on critical units, particularly in intensive care services. This
sector for the care of critically ill or at-risk patients requires uninterrupted assistance,
in addition to specialized equipment and human capital. However, it is a constant
challenge for members of the intensive care unit team to humanize the provision of
care. Objective: This research is the result of the need for a reflection on the
humanization of care in intensive care from the subjective perspectives of the
subjects under study in order to understand the experience lived by doctors, as well
as the difficulties faced in this context in the intensive care unit of a public hospital in
Pernambuco. Method: For this purpose, the method used was a qualitative research,
which had as a research instrument the semi-structured reflective interviews
conducted with doctors working in the intensive care unit of one of the largest public
hospitals in Pernambuco. The comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon under
investigation it was carried out through the Analysis of the Situated Phenomenon,
structured by Martins and Bicudo. Results and Discussion: In the analysis of data
from professionals, four thematic categories emerged: 1) Humanization in health: a
concept under construction; 2) The dialectic expressed in the doctors' discourse on
humanization and dehumanization; 3) Between theory and existing praxis: daily
difficulties in the humanization process in the intensive care unit; and 4) The
confrontation between medical training and humanization. With a better
understanding of humanized practices in health care, the aim is to transform the
knowledge obtained from research into social practice.
